Z-Frame Conveyors

Dorner’s Z framed conveyor series is the 3200 LPZ. If you need to incline a product, or decline a product to match a production line height or provide ergonomic assistance to an employee, the 3200 LPZ series provides the necessary flexibility.

The 3200 LPZ offers the only adjustable pivot point in the industry. The adjustable pivot points provide manufacturing flexibility. Flexibility is important, because the products that will need to be manufactured tomorrow are not the same as the products today. Up to two pivot points are allowed per conveyor. Thus flexibility allows the conveyors to be built in the following configurations:

Z-Frame Conveyor Configurations

The 3200 LPZ is offered with a flat belt, cleated belt, and clipper spliced belt options.

The 3200 LPZ can also have sections of any length and any standard width, without additional costs or time delays. A typical lead-time for 3200 LPZ conveyors is 7 days. The 3200 LPZ is also offered in stainless steel as a custom product with longer lead times.
